Getting Your Kids to Eat their Fruits and Vegetables
Some children just don't like to eat fruit and vegetables and will do most anything to avoid it. So how can you get them to eat the food that's good for them? Here are a few ways that may help: 1. Healthy breakfast Fill your kids up on their fruit for the day at breakfast. 2. Hide vegetables in a sauce. 3. Add to dessert 4. Put vegetables into the meat; 5. One pot, many vegetables 6. Mystery foods 7. Fast and healthy food 8. Keep fruit and vegetables handy If at least some of the items on this list don't work, try making their food more interesting - like shapes out of vegetables - trees, animals, houses and let your kids pretend to be King Kong eating his surroundings.
