Keeping Your Home Business Alive When Life Gets Crazy
It's inevitable, almost predictable. You finally get a chance to start the home business you've always dreamed of and wham! Life comes at you from all directions and threatens to derail your dreams. But don't worry. If you plan for times like these and keep your cool, you can not only save your business but be a stronger, smarter person when the storm blows over. First, have plenty of backup plans. If plan A doesn't work go on to plan B. And, don't be afraid to have a plan C, D, etc. thought out. Be very creative when it comes to accomplishing your goals. Second, expecially if you're a parent or have a disability as I do, realize ahead of time that circumstances will often make it nearly impossible to work on your business on a regular daily basis. Kids get sick, family problems come along, divorces happen, depression comes or worsens, husbands get layed off, and so on. If you're faced with a major crisis try these tips before things get out of hand. They'll help you get back on track with your home business once things begin to smooth over:
If you find that your motivation for running your business has waned due to stress or other reasons, take some time to meditate and listen to your motivational tape often.
